Trapezoidal Agility Rings are geometric floor training markers designed for directional footwork, entry-and-exit drills, coordination, reaction and multi-directional agility training.
Unlike a square or round ring, the trapezoidal geometry provides a wider side and a narrower side, creating different visual entry, exit and transition points within the same training zone.

The trapezoidal shape creates two different visual widths within one training marker. Coaches can use the wide and narrow sides to define entry points, exit directions and movement transitions.
