The Octagonal Agility Rings Set is a modular training system for footwork, coordination, speed, reaction and multi-directional movement drills.
Unlike conventional individual floor rings, the octagonal geometry provides a structured platform for creating connected and repeatable training layouts. Different arrangements can be used to develop linear, lateral, zigzag and multi-directional movement patterns.
